Nasneakers provides a Quality Control (QC) check before shipment to ensure you have a 100 % satisfactory shopping experience. Customers confirm the QC before shipment by clicking “OK,” indicating their satisfaction with the shoes. Therefore, once you receive the shoes, we do not accept returns or complaints about defects or poor quality based on personal preferences.
If you need to request a return or refund, please contact our customer service with the reason and provide relevant videos and photos to get the return address.
Refund Policy
Nasneakers accepts refunds in the following situations:
Customs Seizure: If customs seize the package during transportation, we can reship the shoes or refund your money. Incorrect Order: If the style or size of the shoes received is different from what you ordered or confirmed through QC. Serious Quality Issues: If the shoes have serious defects, such as open glue or significant stitching problems. Nasneakers does not accept refunds for the following reasons:
Wrong Order: If you ordered the wrong shoes or size for personal reasons. Incorrect Address: If you provided the wrong address, resulting in non-receipt of the goods. We can reschedule delivery, but no refunds will be given. Customs Issues: If you do not assist with customs clearance or paying duties. Package Refusal: If you fail to sign for the package or refuse to accept it. Successful Delivery: If the delivery status shows successful/delivered. Returns and Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges for personal reasons, such as not liking the shoes or ordering the wrong size.
However, the following conditions apply:
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and any shipping costs incurred by Nasneakers will be deducted from your refund.
Product Condition: You must return the product in unworn condition. If the package is detained by customs or the product is damaged upon return, we cannot process the exchange or return.
Note: Nasneakers is headquartered in China, so return shipping can be expensive and time-consuming. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we recommend avoiding returns/exchanges if possible.
