Welcome to Nasneakers.com. You are reading these Terms because you are using the Nasneakers.com website, digital experiences, social media platforms, mobile applications, wearable technology, or one of our other products or services. You can access Nasneakers.com through computers, mobile phones, tablets, and other devices. Your carrier’s normal rates and fees apply to your device.

1. Basic Rules:
You are only eligible to use the Platform if you are of legal age in your country or have the consent of your parent or guardian.

2. Publish Content:
Nasneakers.com allows you to post photos, videos, comments, and other content, but you are required to abide by the user code of conduct. Do not do anything that may cause Nasneakers.com or its users to suffer any type of harm, including any behavior that may destroy, damage, disable, tamper with, overload, or limit the functionality of the platform. You may not post User Content that contains software viruses, programs, or other computer code, or circumvent or modify any Platform software or security technology. Do not use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data collection methods.

3. Purchasing Products:
We have the right to refuse your purchase or cancel your order. Sales of Nasneakers.com products and fulfillment of all orders are subject to availability and our discretion in managing inventory. We expressly reserve the right to limit, refuse, or reject any sales and orders for any reason, including, but not limited to, without liability other than to refund any amounts received from you in connection with such sales or orders. This may be due to events beyond our control, such as:

– The product you want to purchase is out of stock;
– Your address, billing information, or payment method is incorrect or cannot be verified;
– Your order has been flagged by our security systems as potentially fraudulent or was placed using automated ordering software or technology;
– Your purchase or order exceeds product purchase limits (quantity and/or amount);
– Your account and/or purchase history shows excessive returns;
– Evidence that you are not eligible to purchase;
– The item you wish to order or purchase contains a misspelling, mispricing, or other mistake or error.

Nasneakers.com will decide at its sole discretion whether any of the above events occur.

4. Price/Payment Method:
– Payment Methods: Nasneakers.com accepts multiple payment methods during checkout, such as Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Zelle, and Bank Transfer.
– Order Process: Customers place orders, Nasneakers staff provides a Quality Control (QC) check, customers confirm the QC, and Nasneakers staff arranges delivery.
– Prices and Currency: Product prices on the website are in U.S. dollars. If your local currency is not US dollars, your bank or credit card issuer will apply the exchange rate and any fees in accordance with their terms and regulations. The exchange rate and any fees charged by the bank/issuer are beyond our control.
– Delivery Process: Shipping is generally handled by DHL, DPD, or other services, and delivery typically takes 14-20 working days. You will receive an email notification with the tracking information 3-10 days after shipping.
– Tariffs: Usually, there are no tariffs. If there are, we will inform you before shipping. For customs clearance, contact your local post office with your tracking number, follow their instructions, pay any duties, and pick up your package.

5. Events Beyond Our Control:
If events such as war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disasters affect our performance of our obligations under these Terms:
– (1) We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible;
– (2) Our obligations under these General Conditions will be suspended, and the time for the performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration required to resolve the event beyond our control.

If an event outside our control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the event is resolved. If an event outside our control occurs and you no longer wish us to supply the products, you may cancel your order.
